  • MMA: A full contact, mixed martial arts class combining striking, grappling and conditioning for all fitness and skill levels. Learn practical techniques while improving strength, agility and confidence.
  • Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No Gi): Focus on ground fighting, submissions and leverage-based techniques. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, this class builds skill, strategy and self-discipline.
  • Kickboxing: High energy striking class using punches, kicks and combinations to boost fitness, coordination and endurance. Great for stress relief and overall conditioning.
  • Open Mat: An unstructured session where you can practice techniques, roll and spar at your own pace. Perfect for extra training, refining skills or just getting more mat time.
  • Striking involves techniques that use punches, kicks, elbows and knees to attack or defend at a distance.
  • Grappling focuses on close contact maneuvers like clinching, throws, take-downs and submissions to control or submit an opponent.
